Ardstone, Ireland’s leading residential platform, proudly announces today that it has received a 5-Star GRESB rating for its core, opened-ended fund, Ardstone Residential Income Fund (ARIF).
The GRESB 5-star rating places ARIF, an Article 9 fund, among the top performers globally in ESG standards, thus underscoring the platform’s dedication to sustainability and long-term value creation.
As of today, ARIF operates a fully stabilised 3,000-unit portfolio (€1.3 billion GAV) and has clear short-term objectives to grow that portfolio to 5,000 units.
This latest recognition places Ardstone well ahead of its competitors in Ireland and highlights its commitment to responsible investing and operational excellence within its residential portfolio.
ARIF scored 91 out of a possible 100 points in the assessment, which evaluates a broad range of factors spanning energy and water use, greenhouse gas emissions, tenant engagement, and governance practices.
Jessica Crowley, Senior Director at Ardstone, commented:
“We are delighted to achieve a 5-star GRESB rating for ARIF; a testament to our team’s diligence in asset management, which focuses on enhancing the portfolio’s energy efficiency and making a positive social contribution.” “As the Ardstone platform continues to grow and evolve, meaningful ESG integration remains at the core of our vision to build a resilient portfolio, thereby supporting durable returns for our investors.”
