Supervisory Board

David Hemmings

David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of real estate experience. He has worked in Henderson Global Investors since 1990. He has worked on a wide range of direct property funds and in 1994 he set up one of the first off-shore property unit trusts, Henderson UK Property Fund, which he went on to successfully manage until 2000. After that, he set up Henderson’s Fund of Fund Service, investing in indirect unquoted property vehicles. The team now manages assets for pension fund clients investing in the UK and Continental Europe.  David is currently sits on the Henderson Investment Committee.

Norbert Müller

Norbert is a Pan-European business leader with 23 years of Banking & Real Estate experience. He is a former Senior International Director in Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets Group and is a former Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Germany. He started his career in banking and is the former Director of International Real Estate Finance Aareal Bank, Wiesbaden. He is very well known and respected throughout the real estate industry. He has worked on a wide range of direct transactions across Europe and has a vast depth of knowledge and experience.
